Processing time

We hand your order to the carrier within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Where we ship

Right now, just the United States.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 3-7 business days after shipping. That's an estimate, not a promise — carriers can run late, especially around holidays.

Cost

Shipping is free, unless a promotion says otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

Your tracking link comes by email once the order ships. No email after two business days? Check spam, then get in touch and we'll look it up.

Lost or damaged packages

Tracking says delivered but nothing showed up, or it arrived damaged? Tell us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll send a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Double-check your address at checkout — we ship to whatever's on the order and can't redirect a package once it's out the door. Catch a mistake fast and reach out; we'll try to fix it before it ships.
