Try your Elmpath product for 60 days. Not happy with it? Contact us in that window and we'll refund you in full, back to your original payment method.
How to ask for a refund
Message us through our contact page with your order number and what's going on. We reply within 1-2 business days. Most of the time you won't need to send anything back — if you do, we'll walk you through it and cover the return shipping.
How long it takes
Once approved, refunds are instant on our end. Your bank usually takes 3-10 business days to show it on your statement.
Damaged, broken, or wrong item
Send us a photo and a quick note. We'll get you a free replacement or a refund, whichever you'd rather have, and you usually don't need to send the original back.
Cancelling or changing an order
Reach out as soon as you can — we can usually change or cancel before it ships. After that, the 60-day guarantee is your safety net.
Gifts
Got an Elmpath product as a gift? The 60 days still apply from delivery. Reach out with the order number, or the recipient's name and roughly when it was ordered.
